This is very unfair, i made this order almost a week ago, I have send an email 2 days ago regarding my order, no answer, I called yesterday customer service told me that it will be delivered today, was it? Sure not

This is for a 11 year old child from a divorced family who lives with his grandparents, (his mother is in a different country) I’m his uncle, I bought it for him he should have what to do, I went down to their office/ warehouse asking if I can buy from there they told me that I have to do it over the phone, I did it over the web cause this child was bagging me for it, he didn’t want to have to wait! What’s now?

This poor boy was sitting at the porch (didn’t want to go out and play) just waiting for his package to be delivered, every truck, van what drove by that hose he was looking maybe it’s the delivery with his package, he went to sleep crying (after fighting he should go to sleep saying that the package will not be delivered today its already too late) if you can’t deliver it, don’t say you will! If you can’t deliver it, tell us and we will send someone to pick it up our self!!

My father was trying to log in to the web site to see the states of the order, the site will not let us log in after trying 15/20 times with the user name /email address and password, is the for real?

I hope they will have a good year! Have a little feeling for a child really in need! He is coming home from school early now in the holiday days not having what to do and looks out for this!
