Warning!! This practice commits insurance fraud and will bill for procedures that were never performed. I had to take the time to leave a review online about this practice, after having a first hand terrible experience here. All the reviews online are false and most likely from he incompetent staff. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. They can't even do a simple cleaning properly.
