This place is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to and probably the worst in the city. I brought in several shirts to be dry cleaned and, in addition to the fact that every one of them came back to me with small spots on them, one of them was completely ruined -- covered in stains and discolored in places. The worst part, though, is that when I brought the shirt back to them to show them what they had done, the Asian man who runs the store was incredibly rude to me, shouted at me, and called me a liar, saying that I had made the stains and then brought the shirt back to take advantage of him. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received, and reading some of the other reviews, I see I am not alone. Please, please, please, whatever you do, DO NOT EVER go to this dry cleaner unless you are planning to never wear the clothes you bring in ever again.
