To first-time clients going to this salon,
If you have or use coupons (for the first time), try not to tell them that you have a coupon. Before you get your style done, ask what the price is for your style. Each hair dressers in the salon have different prices (from low to high). If you tell them (cashiers, elderly women) that you have a coupon, they will put you to the most expensive hair dresser, in order to assure that your coupon will be meaningless. You will be very disappointed. They (cashiers) are dishonest and it seems that they only offer coupons to promote their salon. And, when I asked for a receipt after, they refused to print out an official one. They gave me a small piece of paper instead, with no address or phone number. Nonetheless, the hair stylists are great. The only problem are the cashiers and their dishonesty, who mostly manage the salon. This all happened during the holidays. The cashiers I would give a 0/10, but the stylists get a 10/10. Just beware of your money before you spend it in this salon. Ask for prices before anything.
