This is absolutely the worst early intervention agency to receive services from and work for. This agency lacks professionalism. They do not respond to parents calls regarding delivery of services or concerns regarding their children. As a parent, i was more knowledgeable of information service coordinators should have known. In addition service coordinators gave misinformation or withheld pertinent information regard parents options in selecting services for their children. Tmost staff are very rude and treat their therapist horrible. They do not make information known to therapist. As a parent who had a child in the ei program at citypro and a former therapist, skip over this agency. Aba training is a joke. They sit you in a class for 3hours then expect you to be the expert on aba. Supervisors do very little to support their therapist they are responsible for. Do not work for this agency or let them service your child.
