We have moved many times and this was the most professional and only completely hassle free experience we have had.
The movers were very professional and took excellent care in packing, loading, unloading and unpacking all of our stuff.
they were courteous and helpful and John in particular did a great job disassembling and reassembling the platform bed and bookcase.
I would recommend these Movers to anyone looking for high quality moving services.

From the moment the City Express Movers walked through the door until the very end of the move, it was nothing, but a headache. To start, the movers arrived a 1/2 hour early and charged us for it, they had a condescending tone the entire time and kept reminding us to tip them well with a smirk on their faces.



Keep in mind that I called in advance to make sure these movers were experienced in moving Tempurpedic bed frames and they said that they were. By the end of the move, my old apartment's walls were scratched to its entirety, all the the rods in the banister were knocked out, and paint was stripped off the walls. The movers repeated that it wasn't a big deal and that the landlord won't mind, but said that they would come back to fix the damage if it was a problem.



I just called them to have them fix the damage and they declined and said I should have called sooner... I moved 4 days ago!



In addition to that, they had 1 of the movers get in our car to take him to our new apartment without our permission. He didn't speak English so we had a quiet and awkward ride over to the new apartment.



NEVER EVER USE THESE MOVERS. They are rude, careless, and a sorry excuse for a moving company.

This is the second time I used City express Moving, What a fabulous experience.



The guys were professional, careful, efficient and nice!



I am very picky with my expensive belongs, so they made sure to protect and not bump into anything when moving.

Amazing Moving Company! 5 Stars Plus from me. Billy & his team truly exceeded our expectations. Our move was a very difficult one due to the mini hurricane we experienced on April 15,2014 with heavy winds and terrential downpours. We moved from a second floor walk up on the beach in Rockaway to another second floor walkup on the beach with the heaviest bulkiest furniture ever and the narrowest hallway. They arrived 3 men with a large truck. They wrapped everything carefully, handled my furniture with care, and safely moved everything to my new location swiftly and perfectly. 3 men 3 hours $297.00 without exceeding the time allotted. They truly deserve 5 stars and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you City Express Movers!!! You did an Excellent Job.
