Provided by YP.comI've lived in this neighborhood on and off for more than 20 years. If you want the best fried chicken wings in the area, buy at least a $10 tray. Call first or plan to wait on line. Also try the Panamanian style lo mein (Leon Pan Mein)also worth the wait.
