very bad-small size of dishes,rip off with 18% tips include in the bills, watered soke. don't go

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseSo I went to this place (which I used to love) and I had a terrible experience at the end of the night. It was four of us. When I received a bill for sushi, I found automatic service charge. I ask a waiter why he automatically charged us 16% of service charge, since it was just four of us. And according to new regulation in NYC, automatic service charge is something that costumers should not see in their bill anymore if it?s less than 6 people. Then another waiter came and asked me what the problem was, and I told him how much I love their place; however it is not correct to charge automatically service charge. So I received the answer, which included rudeness, disrespect. The waiter told me that it is BULL$HIT and we should be happy that they don?t charge us 18% but only 16%,so I was in shock!!!!!!!!After that he just walks away and he ignored me!!! So please dear waiter, I believe you know who you are!! My point is not about money,
