My experience with Steve, the owner of Auto Magic was superb! Was rear ended on the Cross Bronx and after much inquiry from friends, brought my Jeep SRT to Steve. I'm a gear-head car lover (owning several expensive cars) so this was a SERIOUS threat to my mental health. All I heard from Steve was "don't worry, I'll handle everything" and he had to say this a good dozen times since I was skeptical and called him every day the car was at his shop. Anyway, he explained how to deal with GEICO and insure that they inspected the car at HIS shop after he had removed body parts that would have concealed accident damage. He kept me up to date on his repair progress via text messages in addition to my calls. He handled the insurance claim with little issue to me. In the end, after a short week, my SRT8 looks perfect! Returned to me looking better than I left it and clean as a whistle.

Don't hesitate to call Steve and Auto Magic. I was extremely impressed with his sincere concern for both my car and for me! As body shops go .... he's a saint.
