First and foremost this company deserves NO stars but the system would not let me proceed without not choosing. This is the worst freight company to deal with!!! A one day freight took 10 days and most likely more if I did not go to the terminal to pick it up. Your freight just sits there until someone feels like working that day. They have no common courtesy and do not care if your freight took a month or more to deliver, since they do not offer guaranteed service. Their low cost pricing draws people in and once your in you have a nightmare ahead of you!!! Stay clear of this company!! Nothing but headaches and aggravation!!

This is the worst trucking company i have ever dealt with in all my years. P.u was on a weds for a delivery on friday, i get told its delayed for pu on thursday for monday. then im told on weds delivery. on wedsday im told now thursday. They have the worst customer service and apparently the slowest and worst trained drivers who can't make a delivery of 5 hrs in 6 days.

this is the worst LTL carrier. They tell you its 1day delivery day and it takes a week, before they can delivery it . The truth is they store the shipment until they get a shipment going to the same place so if it takes a week or two well you just have to wait.
