I would definitely not shop there again. It took 24 days to receive my order (and I live in the US) and even though I emailed them several times to check on the status, the replies were cold and they seemed to wash their hands of it. "Your package is in transit" they kept saying. Finally, after more than 2 weeks, they decided to look into it and found that the package had gotten stuck somewhere. I did receive the package, and I was lucky that the items were still in it as the box was not sealed in any way whatsoever; anyone could have opened it and removed my purchases. They never once offered to somehow make it up to me, and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience"... They just didn't seem to care about anything beyond completing the sale.
