In a nutshell, these guys at cellular green, inc. led by Louis Chera, chairman, and his bumbling gang of cabbage shredders including Tyler (phone representative), are fraudsters to the tenth degree. The company allegedly had 1.5 million in sales in the past year defrauding businesses and individuals alike. These group of children who call themselves men, are scamming people all over. My greatest mistake is not doing a thorough research on this company which would have revealed countless of consumer complaints all over the internet. FOLKS, do your research before engaging with pseudo-business like establishments. This can save you money and needless aggravation.



I purchased a half dozen cell phones from Cellular Green, Inc and upon receipt, each and every phone were defective. Tyler (sales rep) tried to convince me that I didn't know how to "hold the Phone properly" so that it wouldn't shut off. WTF, every child in the universe knows how to handle a cell phone for heavens SAKE! Now get this, the phones (all six), would shut off and restart all by them selves when lying on my counter and with no one touching them. This Mulligan's explanation for these defective cell phones? " the phones are just sleeping."- Are you EFIN kiddin' me?



Now, you all would concede that this is enough to get my money back? Well, all I wanted was an even exchange. So, I immediately (next day) called Cellular Green, Inc and the cell phones were picked up soon after my purchase by their representative named "Jack" who signed a receipt acknowledging the pick up.



After several weeks, I called Cellular Green to solicit the exchange, (purchase new phones with my credit from the original purchase), after all, they have my money and they also have their cell phones. Mr. tyler (notice the small "t") stated " You took too long for the exchange so now you have only half of the amount paid as credit." Remember, they picked up the defective cell phones within a week post purchase.



" Are we living on the same planet as this F@#$%?!!. First you handed me your salami, SECOND I discovered that it was soft and gooey, and NOW you want me to shove it In??? " I don't think so tyler baby.(To be continued.)



Anyone still interested in dealing with these scam artists are treading very treacherous waters. You were all forewarned. Now swim with these sharks if you will and you have no else to blame but yourself.
