FCFJC was exactly what I needed when I found out that I couldn't afford to fix my vehicle. I was stressed and overwhelmed and they offered me a good solution. They offered me the highest price for my vehicle among other junk car salvage companies. Their customer service was excellent through every step of the way. Every employee behaved professionally and treated me with respect. Even though I did not have the title to my vehicle - they handled the process smoothly and it seemed to be little more than just a hiccup. I could not have received a better experience with selling my car than the one I had with FCFJC, and I definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I called FCFJC and they quickly got back to me with an ideal quote for a vehicle that I wouldn't have gotten as high a price for on my own. Their service was excellent, and they checked in with me even though it was hard for me to find time for them due to the loss of a vehicle. I'd recommend them to anyone

It's been over a 2 month process to get my check. Terrible customer service. I was told the wrong place to mail my title, then had to make multiple phone calls.

Great price for the junk car and painless pickup... once they showed. Initially pickup was supposed to be Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then the truck broke down and it was Thursday. Then the driver didn't call and we only made the pickup because I called to bug them. This may be specific to the Manchester, NH branch.

In short, good price, but may not be worth the headache.
