We are very happy with Carecenta.

We chose Carecenta because we needed an integrated scheduling, billing and payroll software, and then found that Carecenta enables us to be in compliance with state and federal licensing regulations with our employees as well. We then discovered that Carecenta has a map-based caregiver search feature. I couldn’t believe it. We actually have a system that makes our agency unstoppable.

While on boarding is always difficult and overwhelming when switching providers, the customer service representative was immensely helpful.

When we experienced any bumps in the road, as any agency does, the customer service team has always been prompt to answer questions, research any issues or special requests that we might have.

Overall, it's a great software and Carecenta people were very helpful to ensure that we have a smooth experience, which is so important when you provide services.

Being that my agency covers a seven state region, we work with many different insurance companies, so initially we had a lot of trouble finding a home health software that could handle our insurance and reporting requirements.

The layout of Carecenta was so smooth and easy to follow. Everything we needed was right there. As Carecenta’s sales agent progressed with his demo I was more and more impressed. Everything was easier than the other system we were using. When he showed me their scheduling, I was sold. I never in my 12 years of running an agency have I ever encountered a software that is this efficient.

I can now stay in full compliance with the government in every state we cover by using Carecenta. Carecenta home care software has really made my agency more profitable.

I've been our home health agency's IT manager for almost three years now and we absolutely love Carecenta software. Our nurses use it to follow the individual’s plan of care. They print out the plan and cross each task off they complete. The print out comes in handy for them on their busy day. Our office staff loves the flexibility of scheduling that the software provides. Our administration loves the dashboard Carecenta provides. It gives us access to any information we may need. Our billing department is Carecenta software. It literally does it for us, and since its electronic billing we receive payments faster. Even payment from Medicaid is quicker. I can’t wait to see what profit we made on our annually quarter. Our agency saves thousands a month with Carecenta.

When my associate and I started our new agency four months ago, we didn’t have any scheduling software in place. We tested several different types of home health software, and found that Carecenta offered the most for our money. It was considerably easier to use as well. I really like how the schedules are now color coded. I can see each time block better and there isn’t any confusion. I even have verification when my nurses arrive, and I can see if they are on time or not. Using Carecenta software has made my life as an office manager very easy. I can even utilize the software from my phone. To be honest I was nervous about our transition to Carecenta. But luckily, the customer service team has helped us from the beginning till present and has been amazing.

I really appreciate the detail that Carecenta has put into its software to ensure a smooth ongoing experience. I am a very visual person and I appreciate that Carecenta has a very simplified way of organizing everything, even with color coding. That really helps when I’m looking at our nurse’s forms and when I’m looking at their schedules. At times, my job itself is too much to handle, and I needed a software that can keep up and can handle everything I throw at it, and Carecenta does that and then some. There are so many amazing features that have saved us time, and now I can focus on other things. Customer support is always there for me. If I have a question about something they always have a quick solution for me so I can get back to work. The telephony system is easy for everyone. I no longer have to worry about my aides cheating me out of time. I can just check it now when they call in using that system.

My experience with Carecenta has been fantastic. The reason why we chose Carecenta over our competitors was that Carecenta gave us a better value for our money. I like being notified if any of our nurse’s forms are missing or need renewal, we can now stay up to date. Because of this feature, we are able to stay in government compliance at all times and that has saved us money. I feel better knowing I can see where our caregivers are with the maps feature. This way we can pin point any issues that may accrue. I have much more time to concentrating on my cases. I was surprised when we transferred our files to Carecenta, not a single piece of data went missing. We finally made the correct choice by choosing Carecenta.

A class, home health software.Carecenta is easy to use and cost effective. What sets Carecenta apart from other companies is their real time telephony system. As long as I have access to the internet, I know what’s going on in my company. I have the comfort of knowing I can view the locations of my HHA’s with real time employee and client location. I can also check which service tasks were completed at which time. Carecenta lets me to concentrate on expanding my business instead of dealing with manual tasks.

I actually have a home health software product that works. I find that the staff at Carecenta is great to deal with and very supportive. The software is easy to work with right through billing and scheduling. SMS messages can be sent to the caregivers using Carecenta and the best part is that these messages are HIPAA compliant. Nothing tops them.

So our home health agency has been around for quite some time now and I haven’t used anything like Carecenta. I can manage all authorizations and schedules for patience care. I can even view the maps integrated on my tablet to see where my aides are! When I called the support team took care of me, listened and made sure not a single piece of data went missing during our transfer. this software definitely beats the old one I had.

I was greeted with such kindness walking into Carecenta. The place was very clean and everyone in there was knowledgeable about the software. The customer service was extremely kind as they helped my get started on my new home health software. I sat down with tech support and they helped me get started and trained me with the new product. Now I am able to manage authorizations for patients care more effectively. Going to Carecenta and trying the demo was the best thing I could of done for my company.

I believe compliances and checkpoints is the best feature that Carecenta has. This feature has saved my company money and problems. I like how the map intergraded is usable on my tablet. Billing Medicaid is soo much easier now using Carecenta software. With electronic billing my agency receives payment faster. I love knowing when I should expect to be reimbursed for submitted and resubmitted claims. It always feels like pay day around here. Because of Carecenta software, I know if my agency is losing money and know exactly where it’s coming from. Its my watchful eye. Dealing with the company over phone is easy too. I don't have speak to someone in another country or a machine like most companies. I like the fact that I am taken care of every time I call.

My agency starting utilized Carecenta software from the first day we began our company. The functionality and oversight of the software allows us to operate at streamlined efficiently. Yes I can finally give my review about Carecenta on YP!! :) We purchased Carecenta home health software about seven months ago after doing all of our scheduling manually and the office staff loves it! I’m not sure how we lived without it for so long. The trainers at Carecenta were fantastic. I am a very slow learner and they took their with me, and broke it down so I could understand the process. A 5 star company indeed.

Software That Does Everything



Finally I found Carecenta on yp! To my surprise the software works like its promised. The software helps the caregiver complete the patient’s plan of care more efficiently. I really like how the software has a unique interactive telephony system that helps me keep track of the actions of my caregivers electronically. The system is just so easy to use, and the customer support has to be the friendliest people out there. I wish my cell phone carrier was that friendly. Two thumbs up!

A Software Done Right!



I first called Carecenta when I herd about their incredible new software for home health care, and I can say, this company got it right! Carecenta is an extremely user friendly software that our staff uses for scheduling, billing, payroll, and manage our day to day business.
