The people in this place are appalling. The language and lack of customer appreciation is none like Ive ever seen. Instead of trying to resolve the problem they started screaming at me on the phone. Using obscenities and name calling, like father like son. How they are in business for so long is amazing. It seems they have told them selves lies and they are starting to believe them. This is a real review and you can see that by the response to my original review. The other reviews look like people who shopped somewhere and left a review on the wrong site or written by themselves. CAPS APPLIANCE ITS TIME TO PACK IT IN, MTA is hiring you two can scream at each other on the train tracks no one will hear you.

The only person with expertise in this place is the older person, there is a young guy who’s his son who is usually outside sleeping with his phone in his hand. On more than one ocassion he gave me the wrong parts or started to nod out at the counter while helping me. The son is a mess and He definitely has a drug problem. The only good thing about this place is when it’s closed. Don’t waste your time, it feels like that son will take your wallet when you are leaving. It’s not a safe environment for a woman or kids.

My first Experience was horrible, as you go to walk in there is a man outside looking at his phone slumped over, looked like he was sleeping or something else, go inside and showed this older gentleman the part number my repair guy gave me, he brings me out a box with a totally different part number. I asked him if this was an original part because it's not the number on my paper and he started screaming at me and all I did was ask a question. i was in shock I asked how much and paid . When the technician arrived he told me this is not what I told u to get this is cheap aftermarket garbage. He asked me to see the receipt and he told me that caps sells all aftermarket garbage. I didn't know where to go just what I was told to get. If I was told it was not what I'm asking for I could of made a better decision. I thought bait and switch went out with the wiz electronic store but it's alive in this store. It seems if you want parts that don't belong in your equipment this is the place. I will never be back

I like how they handle the issues regarding their clients. They have this urgency always to do everything fast and delivered the promises to their clients which I appreciate best.

I know Charlie for over 20 years and I've been going to him for all that time. When I need advice to repair an appliance he always helps me out. I always get very good parts from him that last for many many years with no problems. The parts are name brand parts not cheap stuff and are made very well. What more could you ask for great help and great parts.

If you know what you are doing this is the place to be doing it at!!!

CAPS APPLIANCE PARTS has Never let me down on any parts that I ever went their to purchase and I have been going there for the last 10+ years. They have always had the parts in stock and their prices are always resonable compared to prices from the major department stores like Sears, Macy's, etc. etc....R. Lucas, Brooklyn, NY.
