Put cameras is your apartment. VERY shady bunch of individuals, so be really careful.
- You will see that most of their tenants are extremely unhappy living in their buildings and/or settling for their sub-par living conditions
-You will get a crappy apartment
-You will be ignored if you have an issue with your apartment
-You will have little heat in the winter
-You will experience their terrible attitudes, as they hate to speak with their own tenants
-You will try to have a calm and civilized conversation with them, and they will be extremely dismissive, rude, and VERY argumentative
-You will try to leave and they will bad mouth you to potential landlords
-You will live among the most inconsiderate trashy people that society has to offer

Rent at your own risk. Their buildings are for people who need to get out of a desperate situation. Another reviewer on another site mentioned arrogance....Arrogance is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Speak with them and see for yourself!

Rent from these people at your own risk. I live in one of their buildings on Albemarle Road in Brooklyn, NY. As I am typing this letter it is 66 degrees Farenheit in my apartment. They routinely practice not giving heat to the tenants in the winter. And in the rare occasion the heat does come on, it comes on for 2 minutes, literally, and goes off again. There are complete days when the heat does not come on even if it's 20 degrees outside. If you feel you can get through a New York City winter without heat and you don't care about this, then chew on this. The management and the Superintendet are never around when you need them. You call their office, no one is ever there to pick up the phone even though they advertise they are open from 9-5. The building is dirty and the elevator smells, don't let the exterior of the building fool you. I lived here for 7 month before I saw anybody cleaning the lobby area or the elevator. The building is loaded with dogs, with multiple apartments keeping at least 2 dogs. With the dogs comes dog waste with many dog owners choosing not to clean up after their dogs. It's very common to step in dog waste when entering the building. All these practices they engage in are literally criminal. They deserve serious fines and even jail. If you chose to rent one of their apartments, please know you will be renting from " slumlords of the decade."
