I love their concept of being able to "build" your own pasta cuz sometimes I like the pasta options, but want a different sauce, topping, etc. and with this you can just get it exactly how you want it! It can be a bit slow to get your food, but it's just because they put a lot of effort into each meal

This place is the bomb! The owner, Nando, is the sweetest man and he really goes out of his way to make his customers feel at home. And it's true, you really can get your pasta any way you want it.

Very Pricey, when have you been charged 6 dollar for an expresso? A Polish waitress who speack Italian with a polish accent and claims to born and raised in Florence...My home Town....I told her if she is Italian I am Japanise. Spoke to Nando one of the owners but he did not do anything about. Never again they will get my money for such poor micro waved food.
