Hey all,

I wanted to share with you an incident that happened me in Cafe Hadar today... (located on ave N). I ordered food with my co-workers at work today. When I called to order, I told the girl who answered the phone, that it is very very veryyy important for me that they won't forget to deliver anything from my order, cause every time I order from them, they forget to deliver some stuff, and then coming back with the delivery a half an hour later. The girl assured me that they won't forget anything this time, and she is on top of it. I also asked how long will it take to be delivered to my work place, and the answer was 30 min or even less. 45 minutes passed from the time that I ordered, and I decided to call and inquire about the food. They said that the delivery went out already and that it will be by me in 10 minutes. The food was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. When I opened my delivery, I saw that they forgot to send some stuff that I ordered (Again!). I called again, and said that I want a refund of my order, because they didn't deliver the whole order, and the food came 45 minuted late then what they promised. The answer was that they want give me a refund, and that the rest of the order will be by me in 10 minutes. Well.. as I thought the rest of the order came an hour later. When I call again to ask for a refund and to tell them they can take the rest of the order back, and that we are a big place that order from them a lot, and its a shame that we won't order from them anymore with such service, the manager/ owner got upset and said that "everything will come back on me", and hung up the phone on me..

I personally cannot understand how a known restaurant like #cafehadar have such service, and how the owner can behave this way to customers.. This was unaccepted.
