Both times I went there they were so slow it was unbelievable. The first time I needed just a b&w copy of some receipts for work. They took about 10 minutes and then said that I would receive an email with the scan in a couple minutes. I went back home, and only after emailing them 2 times did I finally receive the email with the receipt scan 4 hours later. The second time I went to them I needed a nice print on heavy paper of a one page document, and their computer couldn't even read my 2gb usb dongle, so I went somewhere else.

I have used BBF printing for almost one year now. They are a small shop but because of outsourcing can handle almost any printing need. Their prices are very competitive and the best thing about them is their customer service. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. If I had any problems they were very professional in the way they handled it. I can't say enough how important it is to have someone who will listen to what you need and want and delivers it. This place does.
