I've lived in Brooklyn all of my 44 years and my parents and grandparents before me. Getting reliable work done is such a crap shoot. You'd think after all these years we'd know who to call but longevity is not like it used to be and good service? it's intermittent at best when re-using the same company. I think I've found the kind of reliable service my grandparents used to have with Brownstone Management. We just completed a project using contractor paul mulvaney and their estimates were right on...he and the team showed up at the time they said they would and completed on budget and within a reasonable amount of time of their estimate. Also, the quality was above par. I had a clear idea of what I wanted done....rebuild and modernize the 2nd floor, but I didn't use an architect this time to save and Paul brought his own ideas based on what people are doing to modernize living space and I took a leap of faith and was pleased with the results. His work is clean, efficient and reasonable.

I contacted paul mulvaney to get a quote on renovating our bathroom and fix some water damage in our hallway. Paul was a total pro - provided a reasonable estimate, and once approved, got the job done on time and within budget. Highly recommended!
