Only one word for this place. Horrible!!! Been trying to get through to my doctor for a refill on my "BIRTH CONTROL". I told the receptionist I needed her to fax a copy of my refill prescription to my pharmacist and she first tells me she's going to transfer me to my doctor and I get put on hold for minutes then i call back just to leave a message to never hear back from them. Hours go by and I once again call back to find out what's going on and why it was taking her so long to get back to me after the receptionist told me that I'll get the refill today she next tells me that the doctor is rushing out because her patient was having a baby. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Phone call after phone call just to hear that I'm screwed and there's nothing they can do until tomorrow. If I get pregnant because the doctor or the receptionist couldn't do something so SIMPLE like faxing a prescription, like she has done before, you best believe they are going to be paying for it for the rest of their lives. This review is proof of my stress and struggle just to get what I need that no one should ever go through from a doctor and sad to say that's only half of it..... So please whoever is reading this review, can you point me to the right direction to a really good Gyn doctor. Thanks ����
