The worse .. For those of you reading this, you will regret buying or leasing anything from them .. As I write this review, I still have tears in my eyes. December 19, I walked in Brooklyn Mitsubishi to trade in an Acura that I purchased from them 2.5 years ago with a high APR, to get a Lexus GS 350 with a lower APR since my credit was good( never been late on any payments). I was excited since the Lexus was the one I've been dreaming about for the longest and they had it (white, with red interiors). I was specific, and didn't anything else.. I was upside down on the Acura's car note because they over charged and my APR WAS HIGH, So initially I had to put 6k down.. And I didn't want to put anything down, so they told me that they will add the 6k to my car note for the Lexus .. So far so good .. 12 hours later, I was ecstatic driving away with my new baby who I named snow, and saying good bye to my old car (the Acura) since I traded the car in . One month later I received a call from the capital one auto finance company in which I had the Acura in, and was told I was late on a payment.. WHAT!! I've never been late . I explained to capital one auto finance representative the situation and they said the car is still under my name, so in the mean time while I'm working on resolving the case that it's best that I make payments so the Acura won't have a repossession under my name which can stay on my credit for 7 years and I need to call the dealership (which I did). The dealership went on and on how it can take 3 weeks to have the car removed out of my name and just wait a little longer.. NOTHING . 2 weeks later I called again and they claimed I never traded in my car and they have my Acura in their lot waiting for me go pick it up .. What !! When was that the deal? They basically threatened me to pick up my Acura and leave them alone after I went to their office to settle the car situation. My credit dropped 100 points by then because I was now 60 days late.. I was devastated.. Luckily I pray on a daily basis and my friend who knew about the situation told me to call consumers affairs (which I did) and they took care of the situation for me .. Brooklyn Mitsubishi had no choice but to respond to consumers affairs even though my case manager was being avoided countless of times when they knew they were going to lose the case. Eventually my case managers supervisors had to get involved, and and in the end (5 months later) I was told that the new offer was to just return the Lexus which I loved and they will pay the car off, as well as they will return my Acura back to me .. Pretty much the transaction never happened .. It did happen and my credit is messed up .. Fighting right now to fix my credit and get a new car Right now, since I gave my Acura away to my friend who is now paying off the remaining balance of my car note.

Would highly recommend to all in the need for a car, excellent customer service in addition to each associate being kind and offering the best deals

I had a great experience with Kings Auto Show. I did not feel pressured into making a sale. My Salesman, Mohammed was great! He was patient with me because I was very indecisive at the time. It took hours for me to decide on a vehicle. When I finally made a choice the Finance Manager helped me to get a decent interest rate on the vehicle. The banks tried to take advantage at first, but he had them compete with each other and my rate was great! This was a great car buying experience! My 2010 Jetta is fully loaded (More so than the 2012 models) and drives like a dream! Thanks agan!

I went to kings today and when me and my husband told them what we have to spend they were very helpful in so many ways it was in our range each month the salesman that helped us called the insurance company and took care of that for us and the fin manger she was great just like the salesman mo he did what needed to be done and he did a great job thank you mo me and Keith love our car and will be taken our friends to get a car soon I give kings 100 percent our business very happy with kings

10 months ago I bought a minivan from Kings Auto Show. it was a 2008 with only 20,000 miles. I haven't had one problem with this van, it still rides like new! Steve, the salesman, at Kings Auto Show, was very helpful and patient with me. Being a young single mom I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle by myself, but it turned out I got a very fair deal and am very happy! I highly recommend asking for Steve when you go to Kings Auto Show.

I recently purchased a Mercedes C280 4matic. My credit wasn't so great but I figured I would give it a try. I had a beat up on Hyundai that I bought from this little old lady for 2500. The dealership gave me 3000 for it towards my new car and I drove out the same day. The salesperson, Steve, even emptied out my trunk and moved it to my new car. I live pretty far from here but am happy my cousin told me about this place because I always wanted a mercedes but didn't think it would be possible to own one for 320 per month!
