I purchased a phone on 10/8/16. There were two men in the store. The phone did not work properly. I went back to the store on the 14 and the issues were not resolved. Therefore, I ask for a refund. I was told to bring the box and the accessories and I will be given a refund. I went back on the fifteen and the other salesman in the store never said one word to me, although him and the other salesman were exchanging words in Arabic. Instead of giving me a refund, he was again fixing it. I have to add the manual that came with the phone was solely in Chinese. He ask me to take the phone and call my internet services for assistance. I told him that it was not appropriate but I will try. He promised that he will give me a refund if I was unsuccessful. I went back on the 16th and at that time that is when the older man says that he is the owner and says that he would not give me the refund. He further states that he will have to get his money back before he could give me a refund, He was very disrespectful and very vulgar. To make the story short, I am taking him to court. Had he been in a white neighborhood his behavior would not have been as such. He does not care about customer satisfaction because he knows that the people in this neighborhood will continue to come to the store even when they are treated with disrespect. I personally will never step my foot in any business that does not treat me with ultimate respect.
