What I really think is the Drs in this location are gd have 2 of my kids in this location, I have worked for one of the Drs in another location. What I do have to say is the staff not the whole group since their are some professional med. assts there who are courteous but the rest really make me wonder why did they ever join that type of field. They are rude, act as if its a bother to them to answer ?s or even assist, then when one calls is put on hold rudely w/out even giving a person a minute. I myself work in cust svc so I deal w/calls all days have diff behaviors one must tend to now one doesn't have to take or be attacked no ? of that thou really this place needs to see how these young females want to be interacting w/the patients who come to this location. As for Mrs Ruby for instance do not take a position you can't handle its disgusting how one wants to speak to people. Very appauled by the staff members who give the rest a bad name.
