Used them for a long distance move. The pick up and pack went fine but getting my things delivered took a week longer than they had told me. The communication between management and customer was really poor. They put my things on a truck to the wrong city and the company they outsourced the move to was unprofessional and nickel and dimed me. Then they mistakenly continued to charge me $120 a month for storage even after my move was complete.

I don't even know where to begin with these scumbags. They sound very nice on the phone but don't be fooled, these people are CAREER CRIMINALS, sadly only one company among what has become an epidemic in NYC. Made up mostly of illegal Israeli immigrants, these companies hide behind outdated laws and prey upon people making long-distance moves. They are currently being investigated by the FBI and I hope every one of these dirtbags like David and Asher Malka, Sam and Edgar all get their heads beaten in with a brick. I was outright EXTORTED out of $1500 in a very slick, PROFESSIONAL scamers .

I'm giving this company 5 stars because they were everything I was expecting from movers with no surprises. They charged me exactly the price I was quoted over the phone, which was very reasonable compared to other Brooklyn moving companies' rates. I also opted to have them take care of packing my stuff. The men who moved me were super friendly and funny, and extremely efficient. I was shocked that my entire move was done in 2.5 hours (which was exactly the time that was estimated over the phone). They were extremely careful with my value items and LCD television, and were generally great, fun guys to spend a couple of hours with. It didn't even bother them that my dog was whimpering and crying the whole time since I had him tied up. I want to recommend their service and express my words of appreciation for this one of the best Brooklyn moving companies.

Moving is not suppose to be stressful, but my December 2009 move from Brooklyn to Long Island City with Remarkable movers was a nightmare. This time I decided to avoid all the unpleasant serprises. First I checked the Internet looking for " Brooklyn best movers" on Google and found Brooklyn Best Movers New York Moving & Storage among 5 or 6 more local Brooklyn moving companies to check for my move this time from Long Island City in Queens to Brooklyn Boro Park. The customer service lady gave me so great price on my move. Although I know that no move is easy, I didn't expect this move to be. I had to move because of my boyfriend and that in itself was stressful for me. I went to their website and checked all the positive reviews posted by their customers on Google, Yahoo, Kudzu, Yelp, Judy's Book and Insider Pages, I'm kinda very choosy guy and I like to get the best service since I pay for it. Not only did she helped me to get an estimate. I was also able to ask a lot of questions regarding the company's moving service during the communication and also it was an effective way to create a household inventory because the customer service guy helped me to fill out the inventory list to make sure how many of each household item I had. She was very helpful and nice over the phone during our conversation and she wasn't even mad at me despite it took me so long to get all the information and details regarding their moving service. On moving day, the foreman and his movers arrived a little early, which was great. I was ready to get the show on the road. They handled all of my items with care and we arrived at my new home in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better experience. My boyfriend was also comfortable with the movers. Everything was also placed in the right rooms so that unpacking was easy. I didn't have to play musical boxes, which I have had to do in the past with other moving companies. I strongly recommend Brooklyn Best Movers New York Moving & Storage as one of the best moving service providers in Brooklyn because they do offer the best price, personal care and the best moving service all around. Great moving service, best in Brooklyn!

I had to write to you to express my gratitude to Brooklyn Best Movers New York Moving & Storage for a fantastic job done with care and respect in handling my move. Ive heard plenty of horror stories about other NYC and New York movers, so I was quite nervous when I started my search. This move was the complete opposite of anything I had read. I knew as soon as I made contact with Alex of the company's customer service that I was going to be treated with respect. I was offered an in-home estimate from Tommy that was right on. I was quite impressed with the level of moving services I received. The moving crew arrived at my home on time and the move was executed in less time than anticipated (which means I ended up paying LESS than the estimate Alex gave to me! Thank you so much for your personal care and excellent communication!

Fast, on time, secure. The movers are professionals, it took them 2 hours to pack and load my 4-bedroom townhouse. I was soooo impressed! Great moving skills! Nice persons! Very helpful Customer Service!
