I was supposed to purchase a coop at 2190 Brigham Street when all of the sudden one of their janitors who lives in the building decided on the day of the open house, he was going to stop me so that his daughter could buy it. Now because of this selfish jerk, I have to wait until next Summer to have more money to buy a higher priced coop. I say first come, first serve, but the coop board thought otherwise.

I was supposed to purchase a coop at 2190 Brigham Street, apartment 1H for 115 K. On the day of the open house, one of the janitors hired by Brigham Park Company Operation Section 3 SELFISHLY prevented me from buying the coop because his daughter who makes 75,000 a year was going to buy it. He insisted that she buy coop next to where he lives (1G). He had not mentioned anything before, and then all of the sudden he wants the apartment for his daughter?!



Now I have to wait next Summer to have more money for a coop, you cheap jerk!
