My husband and I were initially in search for one vehicle (BMW M3). Michael Rabin and Inga Godish made the entire experience absolutely enjoyable and seamless, and I believe that is saying something significant given how painful dealing with sales representatives can be.The entire team at Best Buy are to be commended for their professionalism, transparency and cooperation through every step of the process. We were so delighted and pleased that we decided to trade in our second vehicle for a Mercedes Benz ML350. We actually saved money on a better and more expensive vehicle. Thank you for your excellence and we certainly look forward to both doing business again with you in the future and recommending it to as many as we can!

Found these guys online while searching for a new car. Checked out the website and was very skeptical about dealing with an online company for an expensive car lease. Even more skeptical about the low lease prices they have on the website to "reel you in".



I like to do my research and saw them advertising on very reputable websites. After calling them and speaking to a knowledgeable person over the phone (points for that), Mike from Best Buy explained to me how the process works and that all the prices are exactly as advertised. I did want some more options than advertised which he said was no problem and found me the car within a couple of days.



Without this company, I would have been in a lesser car for more money. Instead, I was able to get into a car that I never thought would be in my budget and best of all they delivered it directly to my house. All the numbers matched up, all the options in the car matched up, and Mike personally delivered the car to me which was a nice touch.



I recommend you to try them and see what they are about. No tricks, no hidden fees, no surprises (even though I expected them). Thank You Mike!
