Can't recommend them highly enough! After a stray firework broke through our back window I had no idea where to begin to get it repaired, but I'm glad I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and called Bernie. They came the next day, were super knowledgeable, always courteous, on time, and completed the repair the same day – all for what I thought was a very fair price. Bernie even took the time to give me a recommendation for a handyman to fix some other small projects at my house. What a pleasure to work with someone so reliable! Thanks, Bernie's.

This guy Bernie, a very lowly lowly person. He arrived at my tenants apt claiming one broken window was a "big job". Whatever it was, I was willing to pay it just to make my tenant happy. The only thing was, he wanted me to meet him exactly when he finishes the job with payment on the spot. I had no problem paying him, just had a problem with being at his becking call, when after all I am the customer. So I determined, we both conduct business differently, no big deal, he can go on his way and I will simply find a new window glazier. We hang up the phone, he then yells and intimidates my tenant, rips down any temporary protection she put up and leaves. Then he called the cops on my tenant so that I would get in trouble for having a broken window in an apartment (meanwhile I'm here trying to fix it, no thanks to Bernie). Unless you like being treated like an idiot, I would highly suggest you stay away from Bernie. He even seems a bit dangerous; who intimidates a woman when she is alone in her apartment just wanting her window fixed? Some nerve on this guy. First and last time I try to do business with this guy
