Don't even approach this store. This is the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life. I had no idea such pathetic business attitude still existed in our days.



Buying from them may harm not only your pocket, but also will cause deep moral distress if something goes wrong with your purchase.



Not only did they offer terrible customer service, but also the store owner insulted me.



Zero post-sale customer service: once they sell you their product, they do not want to know you if you come back with legitimate complaint about quality of the purchased jewelry.
