Great, professional, knowledgeable service. Staff is so nice and doctor spends as much time as needed. Didn't feel rushed at all. Prices were in line or better than most other local hospitals.

My animal is sick once again and we cant get in to see the doctor and if and when we finally get the appointment it is never the Doctor we had chosen this hospital to begin with. Off to the emergency room since the un-knowledgeable staff at BVC can not help us anyway appointment or not.
