If you are thinking of hiring this company to manage your property or condo, THINK TWICE! We hired them to manage our condo. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! They charge an annual "stationary" fee, on top of the monthly management fee. Shouldn't stationary be included in the monthly fee? One of their services is to send financial statement to all owners monthly. Well guess what. They didn't. We didn't know we had negative balance in the association's bank account and were paying overdraft fee for several months. Our monthly maintenance fee keep going up because of poor management. DON'T USE THEM!
