Estimator came out and found additional repairs that were necessary that were not found by others. Included these repairs in his bid with was the lowest of the three. Very professional company from all I had contact with.

Bayridge Roofing was one of three companies that we called. They gave us a fair price for our roofing repair bid, did the work in a timely fashion and so far...no leaks! This work was done a couple weeks prior to our recent 4 day downpour so we are very happy with their work.
