Don't ever do business with this company! I purchased windows from them 3 years ago. The screen didn't fit, and they never sent a proper replacement. Two windows are now broken..one doesn't open and the other slams down when you open it. When I called I was told they didn't have a repairman..then I was told they didn't do business with the window supply company anymore and I would have to contact them. This company only has an email address. Definitely NOT worth the money I spent!

I had Bay Ridge Windows & Doors replace wood windows in my landmark brownstone. This was my first experience replacing windows. I must say that BRWD went out of their way to educate me & explain all options available. The office staff was extremely knowledgeable & friendly, which made me feel very comfortable. They took their time and didn't pressure me. The mechanics that installed my windows were polite & careful. They worked thru the entire day & cleaned up everything when they finished. I would highly recommend BRWD. They were honest, prompt & neat.

Very easy to work with, offered a few options at various price points, install quality was top notch and very professional. Have used them 3 times now for various window replacement projects and have be very happy every time.
