If they damage your cloth, be ready to a reply such as "we don't care!" I had been using their service for some time already. I have witnessed before a couple of times how unprofessionally and rude they (staff members and owners) were with customers who were complaining about new dirty spots at the cleaned cloth or even lost items, and I heard how they were telling/ yelling to customers that that this is "their (customers) problems!" Here came a time when I had to experience the same rude, discussing attitude. After I picked up my staff I noticed some dirty spot on my shirt and also noticed that they did not put my blanket in to my laundry bag. I returned on a next day and simply asked about the dirty spots on my shirt. A man, I believe, the owner with disgusting attitude almost threw my shirt on me and reply is that "not his problem!" and when I asked about my blanket he said that I have to pay extra 20 dollar to clean it (seriously?). I even did not try to bother them with a question of why they did not put it back to my bag! Very unprofessional, rude, careless service!!!! Do not recommend unless you want to experience unprofessional service!!
