hi. i don't know , who rasoul is , maybe the owner. All i know is that this one of the worst restaurants in the world. food is horrible, not fresh. shef only works for 3 days. he makes food and they freeze it. so, you get frozen meal, instead of fresh. the vegetables and frutes they ger from nearby chinease store thats where they buy there meat too. khachapuri form nearby georgian questenable bakery. i can go on and on. service is also terrible, because they treat there workers terrible... prices are not reasonable either. so, if you want to have reheated days old frozen food and pay alot for it , go ahead. i only want to say, that there are nice places , wher you can enjoy real armenian fresh food.

Nice place. Delicious food, good service. Must see!
