I'm using their service for my nail shop right now. I started last year and so far I am pretty satisfied with their service. There was one time I had a problem with the POS machine and I contacted the customer service. They replied very fast and helpful.

I am the employee in this company. The people in this company is helpful and hard-working. Most of them try their best to provide good service with customers. I really like this company.

When I heard about the company for the first time, I hesitated because my restaurant is located in Seattle, which is all the way across the country from their main office. I was wondering if they could really provide quality customer services. After their local sales agents visited my restaurant and analyzed the credit card statement in June in 2014, I decided to give them a try.

I was surprised that they sent me the terminal only 2 days after I signed the paperwork. The terminal was shipped to me with overnight UPS services. I called them at 4pm (which is 7pm in their main office), they walked me through the installation of terminal.

I have been planning to sell my restaurant to my cousin since October last year, and I called them again to verify if they would charge Cancellation fee. I was told that they would waive it for me if I process 2 more months. And I was happy that they did waive it for me after the term. So I recommended them to my cousin. My cousin is happy because he found that Argus Merchant Services is quite famous in the Chinese market. They have professional Chinese support.



I would rate 4.5 out of 5 rating for Argus Merchant Services because it doesn’t have 24 hours Chinese customer support, which my cousin needs. But they do have 24 hours English customer support.

The rate is fairly good, consumer serivces solve the problem quicly. overall, it is doing good on its job.
