I worked womens retail as store manager and district manager for 20+ years, have since become stay at home mom. I typically don't step foot into stores, i get quickly frustrated with messy unorganized stores and when there not enough staff to handle lines at registers, i usually wool find a manager to ask to open a register but many times put my stuff down and leave so do most shopping on line... however i discovered this store about 5 years ago. The prices are incredible for top brands and styles they have. The store seems pretty well maintained and merchandised well to highlight new product. Yes at times, some of the team are not the nicest or helpful but I'm a shopper who will ask when i need assistance and they usually are very helpful. Not everyone going be on their A game all the time. And i have heard some pretty rude customers they have deal with. I like the store cause not crazy busy where i can take my time try on. There are few girls super nice one is a manager, always helps me...

I had seen few negative reviews on here and rarely write one but wanted store get some credit for the things they do right. I was a fixer of underperforming stores so traveled all over, I'm from south originally so know lots different personalities on Brooklyn. Only constructive criticism i have is to open second register when line gets 3 or more and hard to get someone to come open a fitting room, but i usually find one open which im sure not best scenario from loss prevention standpoint.

I've sent many friends there and even my friends from out state want to go there instead century!!

I love Annie Sez!!! You will find designer clothes at a good price. Lots of names brands and lots of sales. What I like is that they sell clothing for all ages. I shop there, my mom and a family member who is in her 70's. I always find great clothes at reasonable prices!! This store is like a hidden secret!!!



I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star because of the management there. The store manager named "Olga" is very rude and has an attitude for no reason. I had a coupon once and she gave me a problem because I made 2 separate purchases. She has no regard for customer service and should not be a manager. Annie Sez on 18th Avenue you need a new manager who can interact with people!!!
