The people gave bad rating obviously are the few out of thousands that are not familiar with how things work. It is very clear how the service charges will be over the phone before proceeding the work. If you can't afford to hire good company with good mechanic, hire another company.

If a contractor or plumber recommend this company, then this is a good company.

Cheap and unskilled technicians. Expensive yearly contract with lots of strings attached.

This is the worst of the worst HVAC coy I've dealt with in my life! Horrible customer service.! I truly mean horrible in every sense of the word. Very obnoxious, mannerless and rude. Their job is way below average and super expensive on top of the very poor quality service they provide.. Avoid this messed up company at all cost if you can! Save yourself the headache. I'm sure you can see all their poor ratings from other customers.
