If you treasure your belongings, look elsewhere. They did a stellar job loading my things into the moving van; reassured me that they would be cared for while in storage, and delivered in same condition as when it left my old home.



Oh, so sadly, that was not the case. A custom made mattress was delivered stained and wet and left left on assembled bed (not all the hardware was used in reassembling the bed and other pieces of furniture) without mentioning the condition. I was so excited to put linens on my bed, not having slept in it for 4 months, I gasped when I walked into the bedroom. Next, one of my dining chairs was brought in with a leg and crossbar snapped off as if it had been in used to hit someone over the head. An antique custom made side table had a section of oak table top broken off, it had water stains, a floor lamp which had been disassembled and wrapped in blankets, was returned disassembled and it became clear why when I tried to assemble it. The top (made of iron) had been snapped off. My portable sewing machine must have been stored in a pool of water because the case was not only wet and falling apart, but the motor was rusted out, the inside of the case was full of mold. As a result I had to through it away. It worked fine two days before I moved. Numerous cartons were wet and disintegrating. One or two boxes are missing. Though each thing removed from my apt was tagged with a number, numbers rubbed off and some cartons had two or three numbers, while others had none; making it difficult to track your belongings.



Luckily, I did not hire them to pack my things. Nothing that I boxed up, from wine glasses to fine china broke. Just about everything "they" wrapped up was delivered in some sort of disarray.



Fortunately, I invested in moving insurance. I almost didn't because of all the reassurance and the "rave" reviews. Maybe if they load the truck and unload the same day...local moves they're okay. For long distance or for storage. Save yourself the heartache...find another mover!

My cousin and myself recently signed the lease to our new condo and as exciting as that was we dreaded moving. In NYC there are so many moving companies and so many horror stories We were completely overwhelmed and our excitement was dwindling fast. I went online hoping that would help only to be bombarded with phone calls and when I would go online to look a company up they always had such bad reviews now don't get me wrong I know you will never make everyone happy but i mean 2 out of 5 stars is not very promising. I was quickly loosing hope and thinking of moving ourselves but that idea was very far fetched but some of these movers didn't even have a license (SCARY). Then there was Jen to be honest when she called I didn't even want to hear it I explained all my issues she was very polite and told me to look her up and if satisfied give her a chance she promised not to waste my time. ( all i could think was this was what they all said ) However to my surprise in all my digging I only found good news they had a License were insured had been open a while and in good standing review wise she even gave me a few numbers to reach out to people they had moved everything checked out! So I quickly gave her a call back and reserved my day fingers crossed I awaited my move day. When their team arrived I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Andre who went over all of the paperwork with me while his crew got to work bringing in supplies. The men were very careful with all of my artwork and furniture wrapping and packing everything and it went rather quickly I was quite surprised. Before I knew it they were setting up our furniture in our shiny new condo. I cannot say enough about how great everyone was at All City they truly made me feel like they really cared about what they were doing and I was so pleased. To anyone needing movers just give them a call you wont regret it !!

I recently completed a move to Miami FL and I must say Andre and his team were amazing. We have all heard the many horrors of moving so needless to say I was a bit nervous but Jen was very helpful in calming my fears. She took all my needs into careful consideration and when Andre Pete and Darren showed up I was really pleased with the level of professionalism and care in which both I and my belongings were shown. Once everything left the home Diana was is constant contact letting me know when my things should arrive, and when they did I was given the same great service on Delivery. Gary helped get everything set up for me and placed in the right rooms i still have some unpacking to do but everything went great I truly hope I wont have to move again but if I do I know who I will be calling. Thank you again for all your help.

After contacting just about every NYC area moving service, I hired All City to move my parents belongings from Hicksville NY to Flordia. The price they quoted was good and the service even better. They were very careful, respectful and courteous while moving my parents items out of the old house and into their new Home. They were also very flexible about scheduling. When a medium size piece of glass that sits on top a dresser broke while being unloaded, they informed us immediately and apologized. (now that's honest) Best of all I couldn't even be upset because they delivered a replacement within a day or two. I will definitely use them again.

Pete Jay and Darren did an amazing job they were fast very helpful and polite. Movers arrived on time and right to work in just 6hrs i was in my new home settling in. Thanks again I highly recommend All City !!

My wife and I recently relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, from New York City. Like everyone else, we were faced with the problem of finding a mover. We interviewed many of them and were absolutely amazed at how dishonest movers can be. We were just about to go with a mover when we got a call from All City Van Lines. Jen asked us to allow her to speak with us before we made our final decision. Having nothing to lose, we met with them the following day.



The owner of the company, Andre Quinones, came to our apartment, and we were immediately impressed with him. The first thing he did was to give us two booklets about moving that were prepared by the federal government. While one mover had mentioned these booklets, Andre was the only one who actually gave them to us. They were very enlightening, and you should not make a move without reading them. All of the other movers we had spoken with told us that there was a three-week window to deliver our stuff. This is an outright lie. The fact is that a mover faces penalties dictated by you if he agrees to a delivery date and is late. If there is no delivery date specified, then there is a three-week window. All of this information is in the booklets.



By this point, we had decided that we wanted our stuff as quickly as possible and were willing to pay for a dedicated move in which the truck would only be used to pick up our stuff and deliver our stuff without any other pickups or deliveries in between. We also wanted Andre and his team to completely pack up all of our stuff. Andre told us that he could deliver our stuff to New Orleans within 24 hours after packing and that he would be on the truck himself to make the delivery! We paid less for a dedicated move complete with packing than we had been quoted by some of the other companies for a move with a three-week window without their packing our stuff. Andre was in communication the entire ride down to New Orleans. He arrived at the specified time and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His team unloaded our stuff and not a single item was damaged. It was truly an amazing experience! We all had lunch after they finished unloading, and my wife and I enjoyed getting to know Andre better. He is such a nice man! We have invited Andre to contact us anytime he is in New Orleans again. We look forward to having dinner with him! We can't recommend him highly enough!

I had a good experience with All City overall everything went well. they were On time Price fairly accurate (I had a lil more stuff than expected but they were very fair ) and movers were very professional! Will use again.

Andre and his guys are great this truly is a family run company from top to bottom. They really took great care with my belongings and I was very nervous. You see when moving essentially you allow someone you don't know to drive off with your whole life's collection of you in a truck going cross country. That can be very stressful so I did my research and I landed upon All City. I cannot say enough everything went smooth. They really delivered on every promise they made delivery made it within 2 weeks no damages and my balance was exactly what was expected. No surprise no issues and a good price I'm happy now i'm just getting settled in my new life out west.

All city van lines was a blessing after being taken advantage of by another mover and I was very happy with the experience I had with them. On my move day I thought I did all the necessary research but after paying a deposit my original mover never showed up thats when I called Jenifer back at All City. Despite all my issues Jen very quickly calmed me down and assured me that they could get out and take care of everything so that I wouldn't face additional charges from my building. The fallowing day The movers arrived early and very quickly packed up my things and we were on our way. I was so happy to see that when I arrived in NJ my moves were waiting right in front of my new house. Pete quickly went over the delivery with me and then he and the guys got to work placing everything not only in the home but in the appropriate rooms! Just to make my job of unpacking much easier they even set up my bed so i could get a good night rest! my whole experience with all city was completely different than with other companies I really felt as if All City truly cared about me and my move. All City really made my move very easy for me. I moved from Queens to San Antonio and I was stressed but it was nice to see the workers were nice and the price was good. I am glad I used them for my move.

I really hate moving and for once I felt comfortable having someone else pack my stuff. All City was in and out in no time and all the furniture was wrapped and everything went in boxes with labels. After they delivered there was no damage to my stuff.

I was very pleased with the way the workers from All City packaged and boxed my belongings. I was also pleased that they were very up front about the cost of my move from day one.

I have to say that All City was a great choice! I moved from NY to Texas and the all around service that I received was great. They were very efficient and the overall price was good and nothing was added on at the end. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My family has moved 4 different times since 2005... this move from NY to NC with All City Van Lines was by far the BEST experience ever. There were no hidden fees and they were the best bid on top of that. Andre was true to his word. His team was professional and worked around a sensitive schedule we have concerning our special needs son. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very Grateful - I received different quotes from different companies, but at the end I selected Chariot Van Lines....not a bad choice at all (me bragging) . The Customer Service and Movers in New York and the ones which delivered my items to Texas were fantastic. I moved on April 29th and got my furniture on May 8th. Honestly, I thought it would have taken longer to get to me, but they did say within 14 business days...ontime delivery....I finally finished unpacking yesterday...amazing packing job by the movers...not one item damaged...I paid a little more than the estimate, because I became lazy and decided to have the movers do it.....the price was still a bargain fro the services they provided. I have heard some bad stories about movers, but took a chance on using a mover anyway...I am very pleased with services and will definitely use them again if ever needed....

Moving def. can be stressful....but I have to commend All City and their movers for an awesome job with my move. Rob was the supervisor assigned to my move and I just have to say that he and the movers are surely an asset to All City. My stuff arrived in the time they promised from NY to AZ...no damages and no extra fees we tacked on at the end....they movers put everything into my home and placed all my items in the rooms I wanted them in. No mess was left, not in NY nor in my new home. Most importantly..the price was in my budget and I was not charged a cent more than what was binded on my contract. Amazing service ... I surely recommend anyone moving to use All City as their mover....

I have moved several times in the past and I would have to say that All City handled my moved wonderfully. The moment the movers stepped foot into my home in NY they began to work very quickly and handled my items very carefully. I had a few antique pieces that I was very afraid to move, but once I witnessed the way the movers packed my belongings, I felt at ease. I received my shipment in WA within the time frame promised and all for the price ($4250) provided, with the exception of $275.00 for the protection of my antiques. I originally stated that I would pack the antiques on my own, but never found the time to, so I paid All City's movers to do it for me. So glad, I picked them as my movers...what I loved the most is that everytime I had a questions they took the time to answer my questions as to where other company's I had interviewed to do my move, seemed annoyed with my questions. I loved the fact that I was able to reach someone from All City whether it was 8am or 10pm, someone was always there.

Great Estimator-visited my home and provided me with detailed information on what to expect on my move date. Gave me plenty of information how to prepare and pack for my move to save money.



Great Movers- Arrived on time in NY and when delivering to my home in McKinney TX. They took care of everything for me and my family. Excellent work in protecting and packing my most fragile items. Most importantly everything arrived without damage.



I recieved 5 moving bids from other movers, but I just knew the moment I began dealing with Chariot Van Lines that I made the right decision in dialing their number. The price never changed and they did everything to make sure that my move went as smoothly as possible. If I were to move again, I would definitely use Chariot Van Lines without hesitation.

My family and I relocated because of a job transfer back in July from NY to CA. The movers were friendly and respectful. They moved quickly and worked extremely hard. When the movers got to my new place in Los Angeles, they also did any exceptional job. The move was not cheap, which I knew it would not be because my move was not an average size move (4 bedroom home)...but the experience my family and I had with Chariot was worth every penny. No surprises with this company, very honest employees and staff. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.
