About a month ago my fridge broke down, I called a local repair I had googled, after three weeks & a dozen times of me calling and asking when they're coming they showed up, told me they fixed it, charged me & left. I don't know what exactly it was that they did, but my fridge wasn't fixed. I was frustrated as hell. A friend recommended me to call this company, so I did. They were here the next day evaluated the problem - the compressor has broken down, the technician told me that the other repair guy hasn't even touched it, they ordered me a new compressor & 2 days later he was back, installed it & now I've got a fridge as good as new.

I had to find a repairman on a Sunday morning. ﾠI called this company based on reviews I read here, and he first diagnosed my problem by phone and actually tried to talk me through fixing the issue without a service call. ﾠWhen it became clear that I couldn't do the repair myself and needed a plumber to actually do the job, he came out promptly, arrived well within the window he gave me, explained things thoroughly, fixed my problem in a matter of five minutes for a cost he had quoted me by phone (less than half the cost of another repairman I had called), and then took time to teach me to do preventive maintenance for the future. ﾠAll that and he was personable too.

They rescued me and I was in the middle of nowhere --and they brought me the gift of heat, haha! I am happy with them and want to keep them going strong.

When the men from this place arrived, they figured out what was wrong with it my fridge and said they could fix it right then and there. Less than and hour they were done and gave me a good price. Highly recommend them.

They came to my house today to check for problems. Technician was great! He took the time to detect the problem which turned out to be a small fix. He saved me tons of $ and having to rip out my ceilings. I would HIGHLY recommend them and I would definitely call them again.

My gas dryer quit on me so I called up All Brooklyn Appliance and AC Repair through yelp. The repair man came on time, and was very professional and business minded. He told me about the defective part he had to replace and then he cleaned up after himself when he was done I would certainly use him again.

In 1 day (IN ONE DAY) - they diagnosed the problem, found the parts for replacement and fixed the machine. Unbelievable! I really thought I was in an Appliance Reapir dream. Joe, the technician was great, too - extremely professional and honest. Will definitely use them again.

I had a huge problem with my washer, and I needed to finish washing all the dirty clothes I had piles of. For some reason it just wouldn't do anything at all. I called All Brooklyn Appliance and AC Repair, and they came out for me THAT SAME DAY!!! I was so relieved to hear that! Once they got to my home, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. It took him about only 20 minutes and my nightmare of a washer was fixed. I was so happy that it was fixed, but even happier that he didn't over charge me. They were very fair, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend his service to anyone who has any emergency problems like I did.

I know I'm very behind on the 21st century, but i finally brought a refrigerator with an ice maker on the side. After one week, it stopped working. The store I bought it from told me my insurance didn't cover it which was ridiculous and completely unfair. After fighting with the store and not getting what I wanted, I had no other choice but to look for a good but cheap repair service. So I went onto the computer on the world wide web and I found alphabetically listed repair services. I decided to call All Brooklyn Appliance and AC Repair and they guaranteed me that they would come to fix it the next day. I stayed home from work expecting a horrible all day ordeal. But they rang my bell at the right time, 1pm on the dot. They came in and fixed it in no time, and their fees were wonderfully low. Their services literally were less than my worthless store insurance. The ice maker is still working. I'm officially apart of the 21st century. Thank you so , so much . I will tell many people about you because you guys are incredible and wonderfully professional.

I was worried about having to call All Brooklyn Appliance but I read the reviews I decided to try them and was really glad I did, he told me my machine was not worth repairing and didn't even charge me for coming out! That was very honest, so I will be using them in the future because they won't hesitate to tell me the truth.

The technician came in and listened to what I had to say, then looked at the appliance. He corrected the problem quickly and was out of here with in 30 minutes. I could not be happier with the service.

All Brooklyn Appliance and AC Repair was an awesome company. They arrived right on time, very professional and very nice. My washing machine needed repairing and the technician was so courteous and friendly. He explained to me what happened to the motor in my machine and when he put the hose back on my machine, he made sure it was on tightly so it wouldn't leak anymore.

We had a new issue with our dryer that just wouldn't work whenever we plugged it in. We thought something was wrong with the outlet but we moved it and plugged it in and still it didn't work. We had to call a professional in and we did. They came in and figured out the electrical issue caused by a burnt out part. They replaced the part and now we can plug in our dryer anywhere with no issues at all.
