I’m 15 weeks pregnant and made an appointment to Dr. Kravtsov one month in advance. Because their office doesn’t except metro plus , I talked to their front desk for a couple times and waited when I will get fidelis care insurance to be accepted by doctor Kravtsov. So when I came there on August 1,2018 i thought that they should know I’m pregnant . I filled up all the papers and told nurse about last first day of my last period, so they could calculate how many weeks I am now . After all tests they told me that they can’t take of me because I have to many weeks of pregnancy. Next day another doctor told me that he could take me but doctor Kravtsov already made all my tests , so he Medicaid will pay him and he will not get any money. I called to doctor Shifrin and Kravtsov office to talk with their manager . She said that they told me in advance that they can’t accept me , so it was absolutely only mine desicion to make all tests in their office. She was very very rude! I aware everyone -don’t go to this office !
