Alan is the rudess most unprofessional CPA. He's stuck in an old minset and not willing to work with others if further information needs to be collected. He cursed a lot on the phone. Threated to hang up. I placed a letter to the board in regards to his terrible conduct. I recommend never use this terrible tax service. His returns filed were not even correct
