Good service fare rates, sometimes the wait is a little long due to being booked. And having a trusting advise always helps, thanks to the friendly staff.

This place is good. Even though the wait was a little long, it was worth it at the end. My car looked like new again! Can't even tell there was a damage. Customer service was good - people who work there are polite and professional. Definitely recommend!!

Got this place recommended to me by a friend, was not disappointed! The work was done quickly and professionally, plus the guys running the place where really friendly and inspired a lot of confidence in their work! Would use again!

I'm a TLC driver work for Uber, My neighboor recommended this place, I was abit skeptical because I have a brand new 2015 Chevy Suburban and was initially planning to bring it to the dealer. My neighbor was very persuasive, so i decided to give it a try. The service I recived was outstanding, wow! First of all the work itself is top-noch, I cant even tell the car was ever damaged. Secondly my insurance only covered portion the claim, but these guys setteled for what they got, and not only that, few nicks and scratches I had from NYC parking, been taken care of and at the end I was told I can also comeback for any minor repair free of charge!. Very happy with the service. I have never seen these bad reviews before, but now that i've seen them I had to voice my experiance. Be VERY CONFIDENT using this place, You can not go wrong.

Not sure about previous reviews, must be bogus. Great place, honest people, made repair very easy, walked me through whole process very clearly, I knew exactly what was going on. Always very friendly and easy to communicate with, did ton of extra work on my car, it looks better than before the accident! Very happy, would definitely recommend to family and friends! Once again, thank you guys!

All they do is fraud. They damage your car more to get paid more from insurance companies. They do offer some clients cash from profits. Stay away if you want to sleep at night.

Do not ever used this body shop.I did used one time,just because it never happened with me before. Someone damage my car during when my car were on parking on street. The guy who worked there take us there,and promised that car will be fixed so quickly,and very accurate.But this take more than one month.And they gave me car speacially at evening,like that i will not see any problem with car.And next morning i saw that other side of car was jam. I call them immediately and send the picture.owner said we will fixed it not a problem.But his employee just said no we cant,and the owner is not at work and we dont know when he will came. So i fixed this car by my own expense.It was not my fault because it can not happened on my parking because i live in NJ,IN private house i have private parking,nobody park there except me. I hate brooklyn,because the collision of my car happened there on street. But this is not finished,all the time long the door which was "fixed" the parts always un glued,they used cheap glue to glue the doors part. BE AWARE OF THIS AK COLLISION BODY SHOP.They will give you big headache after your car will half fixed.
