I would like to thank Roy Rose of Affordable / Reliable Contracting Services for the wonderful job he performed for us on our brownstone, at 269 west 132nd Street. In the span of about three months time, Mr. Rose and his subcontractors transformed our Harlem brownstone, which had been uninhabited for ten years, to a beautiful four family home. Roy’s experience was evident as he and his workers labored past normal working hours to help us complete our large within both the allotted time frame and budget. The extent of work ranged from a new roof, spiral staircase, plumbing and electrical work, to major alterations of existing walls, floors, and ceilings.

Mr. Rose guided us through the many choices and decisions facing us, from both the construction process as well as the requirements of the New York City Department of Buildings. As any new homeowner can appreciate, having assistance is much appreciated when dealing with the largest financial undertaking of your life. Roy not only eased or concerns, but he also courteously dealt with our last minute decision changes as well.
