Professional staff very respectableand trustworthy. EVERYONE GOES THROUGH HARDTMES .YET by the intergrity of the school every one can succeed if u focus on the big picture of the politics. ? I'd definitely recommend john and his school to others. K . paul

Save ur money and time ..this is the worste unprofessional establishment ever.. John u assured me I wouldnt have to do this when I was registering..unfortunately u my friend is bad for business..spend ur money on a better school that will take the time out to teach you because this school won't...the vechiles are in very poor condition and he seems not to care..set up for failure.smh I am soo upset!

This review is so over due..

So I decided to finally stop procrastinating & go sign up for my 5 hour class. I choose Academy Driving School because they had a class on a Wednesday evening..the girl Jennifer at the front desk seemed a little confused and like if she was juggling to much at one time! So during the five hour class the seats are very unbearable & uncomfortable. How is a big woman like me suppose to fit? It was simply not happening. Not to mention the out dated 1980's VHS videos..which features parts of Canada. Awkward. I'm surprised the VHS still works! I thought the class was suppose to be taught by someone but that didn't happen cause I guess the owner was entertaining himself. He was in office while the nasty aroma of cigar drifted from his room to the class area. I thought I was in a bar. Long story short I was never contacted by anyone at the office to set up my lessons until I contacted them..which then I spoke to Aaron & he scheduled my appointments, my first lesson was with Efrain. It was hard to understand his English & Spanish but he did tell me the do's & dont's but on that day his car broke down which was scary for me! My next few lessons I had Karen. She was very well spoken & knowledgeable about driving but her vehicle was bad because the drivers seat was broken & would not move forward & I barely reached the petals so Karen suggest I use my purse behind by back. Like really? The conditions of the cars are horrible for the remaining lessons I carried my own pillows just so I can take my lessons..with all of the above said, I passed my test, thanks to Karen..but the sad part is that the amazing Karen does not work there anymore due to John and his carelessness. Honestly, I wouldn't even go there anymore if Karen isn't there. It was the best thing academy driving school had! Every review I read was about Karen and the one on one time she had with her students. If John sold you a package with Karen's name on it get your refund now!

BUYER BEWARE...I would think twice before choosing Academy Driving School! Shop around for a company with better vehicles that are up to date!

After looking up a few other driving schools in the area, I found Academy Driving School to have competitive, reasonable rates and attentive customer service. They were able to easily accommodate my busy work schedule. The receptionist was great at scheduling my lessons and road test to ensure I had consistent practice before my test. I signed up for 10 classes, the road test, and 5 hour class, and ended up buying 5 more classes just to be on the safe side, and it was worth it - I took my road test today and passed on the first try!



Being new to driving, I started out really nervous and unfocused; John and his fellow instructors are super patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated and were able to teach me how to be a calmer, safe driver. They inform you respectfully of your mistakes and how to safely correct them, all while calming you down and teaching you useful driving tips.



Highly recommend them, and I'll be signing up to take advanced driving classes in the near future!

've had a great experience working with the Driving School. My instructor was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable but also very patient. Their goal is to really teach you how to drive, not merely to pass a driving test. All in all, I am very grateful and would highly recommend to anyone looking for driving lessons or classes!
