Excellent customer service - Dennis and Michael are such friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful optometrists that helped me pick out frames that suited my style and face shape - they even took pics of me modeling each on their iPad so I could compare them.

They carry sharp frames for professionals, funky ones (e.g., Betsey Johnson) for the fashionista, Eco-friendly ones (141 Eyewear) that help a kid in need of glasses and an eye exam for every pair you buy, nickel-free frames for people like me - score!!, sporty ones (e.g., Nike) among others. Plus they might still have the 30% off sale going on for some frames.

I been going to ABSOLUTE EYE and using for about eight years. I go annually for my dilated eye exam and to get a new contact lens prescription. There really isn't a more organized or well-run place. You can make your annual exam for the following year before you even walk out the door. I like this service, because otherwise I certainly wouldn't remember. is the kindest and most dedicated of doctors. I never feel rushed although a full visit with screenings, lens fittings etc can take about two hours, so don't plan on being somewhere else right away

First off was told thst my glasses would be ready in a few days. It took 2weeks to arrive totally unacceptable. It was prada frames..then out of nowhere the handle comes off.. They tried to make it seem like my fault but the glasses were poorly made not sure if really by prade. Then that was another 2and a half week wait. Something else went wrong then it was a month wait...i kept asking for a refund but they said no. They shiuld be put out of business

Purchased a pair of glasses and was reassured and assured that they would be ready on time. When I arrived to pick up my purchase I was informed they didnt arrived yet. The manager of this establishment gave me the wrong information and then try to go back to their policies restating that it would take 10- 12 days for the purchase to arrive. Its just very unacceptable that this establishment has to lie and give the wrong information to their customers just to make a sale. Very unhappy with the situations I demanded a refund and still the owner and manager refused my request, This mistake was done by the "manager" the person who is in charged of this establishment. Wouldnt recommend this place at all because they will give you a lie after another just to make a sale.
