I was unhappy with my interaction because I feel I was overcharged. The technician and presumed owner (Lou) came to service a Laars boiler. To his credit, he identified the problem right away--a plunger needed to be replaced. But a 30 min job turned into two hours at 190$/hr including a car trip to get the part which I didn't realize was on my dime. What's more, this was followed immediately by insistent phone calls and menacing behavior. I'd advise you to steer clear.
