Highway Robbery.
Glad I found their reviews online. I would have posted it when they ripped me off in 2013.
I went there in 2013 to register my Audi A6. My car weighs 3,750 which is less than 2 tons. The girl working there said I have to pay close to $90 for overweight vehicle. I said who's vehicle I have a regular car. I disputed and even went online to show them simple math. But I was at their mercy and had to pay since they already registered my car.

Go to DMV and wait on line. Try anywhere else but these crooks.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and polite

needed last minute registration of car, called them they waited for me to get there
very professional staff
gave me all the details and fees upfront
will use for now on for my dmv services, do not use the lady down the street she is rude
look for your self go to her office have a conversation with her then go to ABS you will see the difference

Horrible place of business, quoted $50.00 for a $3.00 DMV service. Then the price went to $60.00 because of expedite fee. Completely ridiculous! DO NOT GO!

I RECENTLY VISITED THE UTICA AVE LOCATION OF ABS, AND I MUST THEY DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO GET MY VEHICLE REGISTERED . I DEALT WITH THE YOUNG LADY SHES AMAZING , I WOULD REFER LOTS MORE PEOPLE TO THEM IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY ........ THANK YOU ABS

Not worth going to this place I tried getting a boat reg fast and it took over a month.. The employees that work at abs don't know what's goin on and they are nasty and unprofessional. Better off going to the dmv this place makes up stories,excuses and lies..

I'M TERRIBLY SORRY WE WERENT AS PROFESSIONAL AS YOU WOULD OF LIKED US TO BE IN OUR DRESS CODE AND YOU MISSED YOUR SABBATH, BUT WE CALLED YOU ON SEVERVAL OCCASSIONS TO INFORM YOU THAT DMV HAD A HEAVY WORK LOAD THAT DAY AND YOUR WORK WAS GOING TO ARRIVE A LITTLE LATER THAN USUAL ,ALSO ADD THE TRAFFIC DUE TO ALL THE CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS TAKING PLACE ON THE BELT PARKWAY WE DEFINATLEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT . WE ARE INDEED A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND PROVIDE OUR COSTOMERS WITH THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE WITH A SMILE. AGAIN WE APPOLIGIZE FOR YOUR INCONVIENCE AND WILL DEFINATLY AS HUMAN BEINGS BETTER OUR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE FUTURE.

Im writing this review on behalf of my father who recently dis business with this establishment for the first, only and last time... He was told that his work would get pushed through so he can have it back by 12pm th next day instead of the standard "after 4" that they usually tell the customers. we reached the business at 3pm and never left until after 6:30pm. totally missing the early Sabbath due to the misinformation tat was given to.him by the office manager who seemed not to be around at the time. They take your money *their service fee* and promise you something that never comes when expected. The guys who brought the plates in appear to be unprofessional as to.how they dressed and walked in trying to give us a valid reason a to why it took them 2 and a half hours to return to Brooklyn from Queens. they need to be a little more professional!!! After the work arrived the young lady billed us out and we left with no intentions of ever returning again... too bad you have to give one star to write a review if not I would have given o stars as that it what is deserved of them... When monkeys become school teachers is the day I will go back.or refer anyone I know there and that's never gonna happen... thanks but no thanks could have waited on line at the DMV!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE THE GIRLS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL WELL AT HOME............ THEY TOOK CARE OR EVRYTHING IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED DONE ............ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.............

They were very friendly and continued working until the job was done!

This company does not deserve any STAR Rating. Unfortunately I could not write these comments unless I put down 1 star at least. This company is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They are totally unprofessional and lie about not being able to do the motor vehicle paperwork on time. I would not use them ever again or recommend anyone to use them. You are paying for a service that they do not give you.
