These guys are a joke. Reggie is the most incompetent human being alive. Dragged us on for months with his excuses and the work that was done was uneven and dangerous. Guarenteed his work and does not stand by his word. Stole our money like the others in this forum. Watch out for these guys. Everyone is Reggies "brother". Dont worry "brother" he says. WATCH OUT! Completely incompetant crooks. Look at the pictures Ive attached of Reggies handiwork. This is literally days after the job was completed.

complete incompetent and if they could write a book of 10000 excuses for not showing up, these guys would be the writer. Too cold, too hot, my guy broke his leg, truck broke down, in the middle of another job, have to pick up material, im going to drop of the tools (but not do the work), well be there tomorrow, shall i continue? Then even when they eventually showed up, the work was not done correctly and was falling apart within days. They gave a 15 year guarantee and refuse to come back to fix it. Worst customer service out there.

Worst company out there. I had him do a basketball court for me which he assured me would be beautiful! Reggie had no clue what he was doing. When I told him it was completely uneven he tried "fixing" it with liquid cement. When that didn't work he told me he would paint it and it would look fine (at my expense). When the paint store owner told us that no one in their right mind would paint a newly laid out cement for at least 30 days we told him not to do until 30 days passed. By that time the top of the court ended up cracking everywhere. When we told him has to come back to fix it because it is dangerous for my 2 and half year old to play outside he assured me he would come back and fix it since he is a man of his word. He told me he would take out the whole thing and do it again. He promised me for months he was coming. Everyday a different excuse. it has been 2 months and he is avoiding our calls. If I can give a zero star I would. AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE! STOLE OUR MONEY AND RAN!

I'm surprised there are so many good reviews on here. My experience with them was horrible as was my neighbor’s (I didn’t know until after hiring Reggie).

I contacted AAA Five star to get an estimate for my garage roof and a couple of windows installed. Reggie gave me a detailed breakdown of the work that will be performed and the materials that will be used. I contacted them the week of the 4th of July, they started a couple days before the holiday weekend and I was amazed at how much work was completed within those two days. I am very happy with how the roof turned out. AAA Five Star's staff are all hard working professionals, I highly recommend this company.

Incredible, fast, efficent, extremely thorough and neat. Very very fair price. Beat 3 other estimates and did 4 time a better job. I had me chimney rebuilt. Some siding to patch and a few missing shingles. Great job match all original work, and went the extra mile to repair things that were un foreseen by me, at no additional cost. Loyal to there customer kind of guys.

Had windows done today by This Company and was very pleased they did a great Job a pleasure having them. They were honest and the price was great !! Need windows give them a call !! Thanks again !!

One of the best experiences i had with a roofing company. First of all i would like to start by saying they are very professional, they had done an outstanding job on my new roof and gave me a very reasonable price. AAA five star also cleaned up all the garbages after the job was done. They were very kind and treated my property as their own making sure there were no nails or any piece of old shingles on the floor that would flatten my tires. I highly recommend them to any one that needs to get their roof done. I will definitely recommend them to other family members and friends. THANK YOU AAA FIVE STAR!!!

DONT NOT USE THEM! I had a roofing issue and was going to go with another person. They told me they could do the same job and beat the price that was given to me. BIG MISTAKE! Everyday they were supposed to do the job they either would not show up( I would have to track them down) or they would come for 5 mins and give a reason as to why they cannot work on the job that day. I needed to get the roof done before the storm and they knew that and still backed out the day before with no phone call no warning.



They have horrible customer service and do not call you back. When they come to your house they basically sell you a dream. If you want to deal with all of that then go with them but any other company would be better the AAA FIVE STAR for roofing but if you just need windows done those are the people to use but only for that

I called AAA Five Star to repair my double hung window which none of the other window companies that I called could fix. Aaa came there on time and they fixed on the spot. They did an amazing job. They cleaned my windows and left the place spotless. I definitely recommend AAA Five Star. Thank you guys.

I hired AAA Five Star Inc. to fix my roof. They gave me an affordable price and did a great job. Before they left they cleaned all the debris around my house. They are outstanding honest hardworking people. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys !
