1st, they don't deserve one star. Amanda has absolutely no idea how to tailor a wedding dress!! She butchered my friends very beaded dress. Instead of admitting she didn't know how to work on a dress like that and that she took it in way too much, she just took my friends money and worked on the dress anyway. She even claimed that she had to call her "mentor" in order to learn how to work on the dress. Any professional tailor, doesn't need to call a mentor, they should just know. I've been in fashion for 10 years and I knew exactly what to do the minute I saw the dress.She has a lot of "FASHION" books but no knowledge on how to tailor an intricate garment as well as having no manners for that matter. She also changed her story each session. She had the bride go back 7 times, each time worse than the next. She's insulting and yelled at the bride and her mom each time and blamed them for her own incompetence. She definitely overcharged and is just a nasty person.
